Since my room got flooded, I've been counting the days to its metamorphosis. After I've moved in, its theme was Africa. The masks, the palm trees and the wood were a big part of it. As the time went by I got bored, deers replaced elephants, and yellow and orange got replaced by white and grey, which are by the way, a great background to most of the motives. Because I am so much in love in the bohemian and the oriental styles, this time I will try to go in that direction. I have a lot of indian lanterns, oriental fabrics, statues and decoration which are only waiting to get out of the closet. I'm quite sure that most of the money I'll make in the future will not go to the clothes or cosmetics department (which I'm not atracted to) but to the furniture and decoration department. It's rather unquestionable... The space that we live in and things that surround us have enormous impact on our frame of mind. If I had the resources, I would change up the room now and then, no matter how I feel. I'm a huge fan of the color white, which is the base of the interior, colorful accessories and plants covering any space possible.
Po tym jak zalało mi pokój z niecierpliwością odliczam dni do jego metamorfozy. Zaraz po tym jak przeprowadziłam się do nowego domu jego motywem przewodnim była Afryka. Maski, palmy i drewno stanowiły jego znaczną część. Z czasem wystrój mi się znudził, miejsce słoni zajęły jelenie, a żółci i pomarańczy - szarość i biel, które zresztą stanowią dobry podkład do większości aranżacji.
Ponieważ jestem bezpowrotnie zakochana w stylu bohemian i oriencie, tym razem będę próbowała nawiązać do tych motywów. Mam dużo indyjskich lampionów, orientalnych tekstyliów, posągów i dekoracji, które tylko czekały na wyjście z szafy. Wiem, że w przyszłości swoje pieniądze zamiast na ubrania czy kosmetyki (których zresztą nie używam) najprawdopodobniej przepuszczę na meble i dekoracje. W sumie to raczej pewne... To w jakiej przestrzeni żyjemy, i to jakie przedmioty nas otaczają ma ogromny wpływ na nasze samopoczucie. Gdybym miała taką możliwość najchętniej co chwilę zmieniałabym coś w pokoju, w zależności od nastroju. Jeśli znacie jakieś ciekawe sklepy/strony z dodatkami do wnętrz, koniecznie dajcie znać!
Poniżej aranżacje, które ogromnie przypadły mi do gustu i którymi może się zainspiruję dekorując swój pokój. Jestem fanką bieli stanowiącej bazę wnętrza, kolorowych dodatków i mnóstwa roślin zdobiących każdą wolną przestrzeń.
Looking through the IKEA site, on their blog I've found an apartament of Nor Toma - a PR and a comunication specialist. Nora had in mind creating a minimalist space whitout any needless additions, but after looking at the content of the boxes after moving, she changed her mind and her home became a mix of the boho and oriental styles with some sweddish design garnish. I would gladly move in there. Fabrics of diferent colours and textures play an important part in the style of the interior. Check some of this stuff out:
Przeglądając stronę ikei, na ich blogu natknęłam się mieszkanie Nor Tomy - specjalistki ds. PR-u i komunikacji. Nora w planie miała stworzenie minimalistycznej przestrzeni, bez zbędnych dodatków, jednak po zobaczeniu zawartości kartonów po przeprowadzce zmieniła swoje zdanie, a jej wnętrze stało się mieszanką stylu boho, orientu, ale i szwedzkiego designu. Chętnie wprowadziłabym się do tego mieszkania. Ogromną rolę odgrywają w nim tekstylia o przeróżnych wzorach i teksturach grając we wnętrzu pierwsze skrzypce. Zapraszam do obejrzenia zdjęć:
